It’s an honor to be invited, once again, by the Brunei’s Health Promotion Centre to participate on this year’s World Diabetes Day Family Carnival today held at the Centre itself. We were given the privilege to select the items to promote and this time, we decided to go for free sampling of our selections of healthy bread and sugar free muffins. The idea is to create public awareness that these healthy goodies are readily available at all our branches everyday and there is no need for pre order. The highlighted products such as Low GI, Multigrain, Rye and Ciabatta are all free from sugar and eggs. We are currently working on few more items which are high in fibre coupled with other nutritional benefits.
One of the highlighted moment of today’s Carnival was the visit of the Minister of Health, Pehin OKJPDSS Awg Hj Adnan, to our booth and our Chef Abe took the opportunity to explain to the Minister the healthy aspect of our products. The feedback was way beyond positive.
