Day 79 of 90-Day Challenge

After the 14 hills climb at Bukit Shahbandar with Jan and Chris yesterday morning, today I came back with my wife for another sweaty run. Initially we only planned for 4 hills x 2 but ended up with 9 hills as we had never done it together before. We started just before 5pm, taken 73 minutes to complete 2.99KM and burned approximately 723 calories. It was already dark by the time we came out from the forest.
