I think my chef has finally grasped the right formula for making gluten free bread. This time, he is using Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose Baking Flour which is readily available off the shelves from Guan Hock Lee, Batu Bersurat (behind Grand City Hotel). However, GHL does not carry a full range of Bob’s gluten free flour and they are always out of stock. The good thing is, you may place an order (with minimum quantity required) of your choice and wait for about 2 weeks before the shipment arrives.
