This tart tastes nothing like a Portuguese eggtart or a HongKong eggtart. It’s our very own version of creamy eggtart which we named it “Parfait eggtart”. The fillings is made from premium quality culinary cream mixed with fresh eggs and a “secret” recipe that creates the creaminess. It must have slipped off my mind not featuring this product earlier as it is one of our signature pastries apart from our California Cheese. Typically, most eggtarts are best to consume fresh from oven (or warm) but I am surprised to learn that a few customers like it chilled. Interesting!!
