Those who have visited Australia or have studied there as students would know what lamington is as it is one of the most popular pastries (besides Corica’s apple strudel) that one can easily find at most supermarkets and cafe. It is essential made of 2 layers of light sponge cake (usually comes in rectangular size) sandwiched with fillings such as strawberry jam or custard.
Lamington was introduced by our head chef few months ago and it was a sudden hit. On average we produced about 150-200pcs everyday and it is usually sold out by late afternoon. To avoid disappointment, it is recommended to make advance booking or call-in to check on its availability. 3 flavors are available i.e Custard, Mint and Lemon each selling at $0.90/pc.
